What is your return policy?

Exchanges can be granted within 14 days from the order’s delivery date.

Nise brand offers one free exchange using the return label found in your package. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post.

Notice must be given to info@niseworld.com regarding any exchanges, stating the order number and reason for exchange.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and the hang tags must not have been removed.

Please return items in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap. Footwear should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.

Once the return has been approved and received, you will be emailed.

Returns attempted after 14 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline an exchange request if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Returns for merchandise showing any sign of use (worn, damaged, stained or missing its tags) will not be processed.

Where are your clothes made? 

Our clothes are designed and produced in Toronto, Ontario.

Is your Toronto store open?

We are closed due to COVID-19 restrictions until further notice.

Do you offer curbside pick-up?
